Reasons for buyer:
Because steel is a bulk commodity, if the goods need to be returned due to the buyer's reasons, the buyer will be required to bear our logistics costs, warehousing and other costs. If the steel is processed, cut or damaged, it will not be returned or exchanged, please understand.
Reasons for supplier:
If the return is caused by the seller, the seller shall be responsible for the return and bear the cost.
(1) Quantity objection: The buyer shall raise any objection to the quantity of the goods within one working day after receiving the goods. Reasonable weight difference should be raised in writing, and the goods packaging should be kept intact, and the weight list should be faxed.
(2) Quality objection: If the buyer finds any quality problem with the materials within 15  days after receiving the materials, please raise it in writing. The acceptance standard shall be subject to the technical standard of the material manufacturer, and the objection shall be handled by the steel mill standard.
